San Mateo, CA— October 13, 2016 – MAX, a leading ERP software solution for small and medium sized manufacturers, today announced the availability of a new Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) that will provide an option to keep software costs predictable and under control for any company choosing to deploy MAX for ERP across its enterprise, even as business requirements evolve and usage demands on the software increase.
The MAX Enterprise License Agreement will establish a platform for expansion and future growth as companies are able to deploy unlimited quantities of MAX products and users throughout their organization as it exists at the time of purchase. This option is best-suited for companies with complicated deployment needs, such as a corporation with multiple subsidiaries that intends to deploy the same ERP software across all business entities.
“We’re excited to bring this new pricing option to our market,” said Fiona Beckstrom, MAX General Manager. “One of our aims is to offer a business solution to manufacturing companies that is competitively priced and easily scalable. The Enterprise License Agreement offers a convenient and simple way to ensure that MAX can be deployed across all existing entities without the need for unique agreements for each physical site.”
With fixed annual payments for the software during the term of each ELA, the yearly software budgeting process is dramatically simplified. All current and future MAX customers are encouraged to evaluate all pricing models to find the best match for their current and future needs. ELA is initially offered on a 3-year term with the option to renew or convert the license to a standard perpetual license agreement or to a MAX subscription.
